Waiver / Release
Waiver and release
Martial arts training is an active physical activity. WTK may require a signed waiver, release, parent/guardian consent, or other participation forms before a student attends class, joins an event, or enrolls.

Before participating, each student may need a signed waiver or release. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must review and complete the required forms.
Martial arts classes can include movement, exercise, partner drills, balance work, stretching, self-defense practice, and (for eligible students) weapons curriculum. WTK teaches in a structured, age-appropriate, and supervised environment, but participation still involves inherent physical risks.
Parents and guardians should share any relevant health, mobility, allergy, accessibility, or safety concerns directly with WTK before class so our team can help determine the best next step. Please do not rely on a website form for urgent medical or emergency information.
Online policy pages do not replace any required signed agreement. If WTK requires a printed, digital, or in-person waiver, that document controls the participation process.
