Photo, video, and testimonial release
WTK may photograph or record classes, events, demonstrations, belt tests, camps, or student milestones for school communication and promotional use when permitted by WTK policy and parent/guardian consent.

We may request permission to use photos, videos, testimonials, student achievements, or event images on the WTK website, social media, printed materials, email updates, or in-school displays.
For minors, WTK requires parent/guardian consent before using a student's identifiable photo, video, or testimonial for public promotional purposes.
If your family prefers that your student not be included in public photos, videos, or testimonials, please let WTK know directly before class or events. Our team will explain the available options and respect your preferences.
Media preferences may need to be updated for certain events, teams, or special programs. Please speak with a team member if your wishes change.
