Events, camps, seminars, tournaments, belt tests, special programs, private lessons, and store purchases may have separate registration, cancellation, transfer, credit, or refund rules.
Purchases made through an approved checkout or third-party system are subject to that system's checkout, billing, inventory, fulfillment, and refund processes. This website does not modify third-party orders or customer records.
Weather closures, schedule changes, and make-up class options are handled on a case-by-case basis. WTK will communicate the current guidance directly with affected families.
