When you submit a form, contact WTK, request a free trial, or use a family account, we may receive information such as parent/guardian name, phone number, email address, student name, student age, preferred class fit, student goals, and any notes you choose to share.

• Support enrollment, scheduling, and account questions
• Communicate about classes, events, programs, and family needs
• Maintain appropriate business and student records

WTK does not sell or share family information with third parties for marketing purposes. We ask parents and guardians to avoid submitting sensitive medical details through general website forms. If your student has a health, safety, accessibility, or participation note we should know before class, please contact us directly so our team can guide the next step.

The free-trial request form does not enroll a student or collect payment. Payment, membership, store, and order activity may be processed through approved third-party systems such as Stripe. Those providers have their own privacy and payment policies.

Parents and guardians may contact WTK with privacy questions, account questions, or requests to update family contact information.
